Just Be...Yoga, Meditation and Mindfulness
Hi, my name is Pauline Archer, I provide yoga, meditation and mindfulness in Stockton on Tees and have been teaching since 2007.
I have been very privileged over the years to have been taught by many varied and wonderful teachers and really enjoyed my time training with the British School of Meditation, Yoga Professionals and Living Mindfully. For me, the thing that sustains and keeps my love of yoga, meditation and mindfulness alive is very simple....they make me happy, calm and aware!
I teach in group and corporate settings. I am passionate about teaching and want to bring the many benefits to all, including the workplace where many of us spend much of our time. I really enjoy guiding and introducing students to the world of yoga, meditation and mindfulness which brings many rewards to all aspects of our lives - mental, emotional, spiritual and physical.
I teach Hatha yoga which is the most popular in the west. Hatha yoga includes gentle stretches, physical postures, learning to work with the breath, self help relaxation techniques, beautiful guided relaxations and my meditation and mindfulness sessions (seated on chairs) are non-religious and all these elements combine together to bring a sense of peace, calmness, balance and harmony to the mind and body.
