Whether you are a first time student or more experienced I will do everything I can to make your experience positive and enjoyable

MONTHLY MEDITATION & MINDFULNESS SESSIONS  - 7.00 - 8.00pm - Next session is TBC  - Suitable for beginners to meditation and mindfulness and those who want  to support their practice. The session (seated on chairs) can include  gentle stretching, mindful movements, breath awareness, simple short meditations, body scan relaxations and finish with a guided relaxation.

All classes suitable for beginners and intermediates. Combining relaxation techniques to help relieve day to day anxiety and stress, using gentle stretches, simple yoga postures, breath awareness and meditation and mindfulness to help bring calm and balance to the mind and body as well as mindful awareness into our daily lives and finish with a guided relaxation.

Yoga, meditation and mindfulness not only helps to build strength and flexibility in the body and it helps to calm and quiet the mind.

Mindfulness is at the core of yoga practice and is the art of being fully aware of the present moment and is described as  “Consciously bringing awareness to your here-and-now experience, with openness, interest and receptiveness.” (The Happiness Trap).  Yoga, meditation and mindfulness helps us fully experience the here and now and to enjoy our daily lives more fully without getting caught up in thoughts of past or future which can cause anxiety, worry or stress.   Please click the Contact-Prices-Classes Tab above for more info
